The terms that apply when you use our website and work with us.

1. Services overview
Mercury Design Agency provides digital services including web development, design, SEO, AI content, and business automation. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed in a separate proposal or written agreement before work begins.
2. Project scope & changes
Each project is delivered according to the agreed scope. Requests that fall outside that scope ("change requests") may affect the timeline and cost, and will be quoted and approved before being carried out.
3. Payment terms
- Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in the project proposal.
- Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (such as fonts, stock media, or plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Client responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide required content, materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect the project schedule.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party services, hosting, or content provided by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
7. Warranties
We aim to deliver work that functions as agreed. Following delivery, we will address defects reported within a reasonable period. Ongoing maintenance and support can be arranged under a separate agreement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
